You can only mod mw2 spec ops not online, js.

but it is "Modding Support"......
You can use an ISO disk on World at War if you hot swap. You can use an ISO on mw2 as long as you have a JTAGGED xbox 360. There aren't any ISO disks for Black Ops 1 or Black Ops 2.

Yeah, but why go through all that trouble to play Spec Ops with "Mods". The only true way to "Mod" other Call of Duties is to have Xboxlivestealth and a Jtagged xbox. If you are paying for xboxlivestealth, you are dedicated.
EDIT: I think you can use a DEV KIT, but I think there are very few people online with one.

its called Flashed xbox or if you have an X360key 
(jtag also ofcourse but not online)
